By purchasing or using NutriFacts Max ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Upon purchase, IdeaFactory grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use NutriFacts Max on up to two (2) computers that you own or control. This license is for your use only and may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold.
Your license includes free updates for the lifetime of your license. IdeaFactory reserves the right to modify features, add new capabilities, or discontinue features at any time. Major version releases (e.g., v2.0) may be offered as a separate purchase.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the plugin from functioning as described, contact us at support@ideafactory.digital within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
NutriFacts Max is designed to assist in generating Nutrition Facts labels based on FDA formatting guidelines. However, IdeaFactory does not guarantee that output generated by the plugin will satisfy all regulatory requirements for your specific product, jurisdiction, or intended use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your labels comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Consult a qualified regulatory professional for compliance verification.
The AI Scan feature requires a valid API key from a third-party provider (Anthropic or OpenAI). Use of this feature is subject to the terms and pricing of your chosen provider. IdeaFactory is not responsible for API costs, accuracy of AI-generated data, or changes to third-party APIs.
NutriFacts Max and all associated code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of IdeaFactory. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IdeaFactory does not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaFactory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
IdeaFactory reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where IdeaFactory operates.
