NutriFacts Max is distributed as a .zxp file (Adobe extension package). To install it:

1. Download and install ZXP Installer from aescripts.com (free).
2. Open ZXP Installer.
3. Drag the NutriFactsMax-v1.3.0-LS.zxp file onto ZXP Installer.
4. Restart Adobe Illustrator.
5. Open the plugin from Window → Extensions → NutriFacts Max.

Adobe Illustrator 2022 (v26) or later, on macOS and Windows.

Try the following:

• Make sure you fully quit and restarted Illustrator after installing.
• Verify the ZXP was installed successfully in ZXP Installer (it should show a green checkmark).
• On Windows: run Illustrator as Administrator once to register the extension.
• If the issue persists, contact us at support@ideafactory.digital.

After purchase, you will receive an email with your license key. To activate:

1. Open NutriFacts Max in Illustrator.
2. The activation screen will appear on first launch.
3. Paste your license key in the input field.
4. Click Activate. Done.

Each license allows activation on up to 2 computers. If you need to transfer your license to a new machine, contact us and we'll deactivate the old one.

Check the original purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. If you can't find it, email us at support@ideafactory.digital with your purchase email address.

1. Go to console.anthropic.com and create a free account.
2. Generate an API key in the API Keys section.
3. In NutriFacts Max, go to Settings → AI Settings.
4. Paste your API key and save. The AI Scan button will become active.

The feature is included with your NutriFacts Max license, but it uses your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. Anthropic offers free credits to new accounts. After that, usage is pay-per-use at very low rates — typically a few cents per scan.

This is usually a CEP cache issue. Try:

• Click the power icon (⏻) in the bottom-right corner of the panel to reload it.
• Fully quit Illustrator and reopen it.
• If the issue persists, reinstall the plugin using ZXP Installer.

Make sure you have an open document in Illustrator before clicking Generate. The plugin requires an active document to place the label.

Try increasing the table width in Settings, or switch to Compact Mode to reduce spacing. For very long values (e.g., "About 6 servings per container"), the plugin automatically condenses the text to fit.

Make sure your sheet is named Products (capital P) and that the column headers match the template format. Download the template from the plugin's Data I/O section for reference.
